The design brief from the client was to construct 13 high end residential apartment within an existing building whilst using the current rustic building envelope.

The ground floor apartments would have an individual entry off Shelley Lane and the second floor apartments would be accessed via a common stairway/ entry.
Each unit was individually metered and used instantaneous Hot water units for each apartment.

All metering was provided within the common ground level carpark. The project was completed on time and within the required budget.
