The design brief from the client was to construct 14 high end residential apartments located on an existing buiding site, the ground floor would make access to the carpark and common area amenities. Each unit was individually metered and used instantaneous Hot water units for each apartment.

All metering was provided within the common ground level carpark.

The project was completed on time and within the required budget
